How to use it
Lying on your side, place the pillow between your knees with the contoured dip cradling your lower knee and your upper leg resting in the shaped hollow. Fasten the strap around one thigh if you'd like it to stay in position as you move through the night.

Frequently asked questions
Is it too big or too small for me?
At 36cm long it's designed to support the thigh as well as the knee, which is longer than most basic knee pillows. If you're used to a small pillow that sits only between the knees, this will feel substantial by comparison — that's intentional, but worth knowing before you order.
Does the strap have to be used?
No. It's there to stop the pillow shifting when you roll over, but it detaches entirely if you'd rather sleep without it. Plenty of people use it strapless at home and strapped when travelling.
Will it stay in place if I move a lot in my sleep?
The contoured shape helps it nest between the knees rather than sliding out. If you're a very restless sleeper, the strap is what makes the real difference — it keeps the pillow with your leg rather than the mattress.
How firm is it?
It's slow-rebound foam, so it compresses gradually under weight and holds the shape rather than springing back. Give it 24 hours to expand fully and a couple of nights to judge it properly — memory foam feels different on night one than night five.
Will it make me hot?
The sides are a breathable mesh and the lining is designed to let air move through. That said, memory foam does retain some warmth — if you sleep very hot, it's worth factoring in.
Can I use it between my ankles or under my knees instead?
Yes. Some people prefer it under the knees when lying on their back, or between the ankles. The contoured shape suits knee separation best, but there's no wrong way to use it.
Is this suitable during pregnancy or after surgery?
Many people use knee pillows in both situations, but we can't advise on your circumstances. Please check with your doctor, midwife or physiotherapist first — this is a comfort product, not a medical device.
