How to use it
Place the cushion on your chair with the contoured side facing up and the wider edge at the back. Sit centred, with both feet flat on the floor. Allow 24 hours out of the box for the foam to fully expand before first use.

Frequently asked questions
Will it fit my chair?
At 43cm × 34cm it suits most office chairs, car seats, dining chairs and wheelchairs. If your chair seat is narrower than 34cm the cushion will overhang slightly at the sides — it still works, it just sits a little proud of the edges.
Will it slide around when I sit down?
No. The base is non-slip and grips the seat surface, so it stays in place as you get in and out. On very slippery leather or vinyl seats you may need to reposition it occasionally.
Will the foam flatten out over time?
Memory foam compresses under weight and returns to shape when you stand — that's how it works. It shouldn't permanently flatten with normal daily use. If it stops recovering within your first 30 days, that's covered by the guarantee.
It feels very firm out of the box — is that normal?
Yes. Memory foam is vacuum-compressed for shipping and needs time to expand. Give it a full 24 hours before you judge the firmness, and a few days of sitting for it to settle to your shape.
Can I use it in my car?
Yes — it's a common use. Place it on the driver's or passenger seat with the contoured side up. It's light enough to move between your car and your desk.
How do I clean it?
Unzip the cover and machine wash it cold, then air dry. Spot clean the foam core only — don't submerge it in water, as saturated foam takes a very long time to dry properly.
Will this help a diagnosed back condition?
We honestly can't say. This is a comfort and ergonomic support product, not a medical device. If you have a diagnosed condition or persistent pain, please speak to a physiotherapist or doctor before relying on it.
