Yes, if the order hasn't been dispatched. Email us as soon as possible. Once shipped, parcels can't be redirected.

Tracking can take up to 72 hours to activate, and parcels sometimes sit without a scan while moving between transit hubs or clearing customs. If there's been no movement for 7 days, email us with your order number and we'll chase the carrier on your behalf.

Check your letterbox, around the property, with neighbours and at your local collection point first — parcels are often left in a safe place or held for pickup. If it still can't be found, contact us within 14 days and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.

Approved refunds are issued within 2 business days. Your bank or card provider may take a further 5–10 business days to show it.

The seat cushion and knee pillow covers zip off and are machine washable — wash cold and air dry. For the lumbar support pillow, wipe the cover clean with a damp cloth. Spot clean foam cores only — don't submerge them in water.

Yes. Memory foam is compressed for shipping. Allow 24 hours for it to fully expand before judging the firmness.

Depending on your country's import thresholds, duties or taxes may apply to international orders. Where these are collected at checkout, no further charges apply on delivery. Where they are not, they are the recipient's responsibility. We declare all shipments accurately.
