All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

Estimated delivery varies by destination and is shown at checkout before you pay. Delivery estimates run from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.

Yes, if your order hasn't been dispatched yet. Email us as soon as possible. Once a parcel has shipped it can't be redirected.

You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched — typically 1–2 business days after ordering. This is separate from your order confirmation email.

Tracking can take up to 72 hours to activate. Seeing “not found” or “information received” in the first few days is normal. See our Track Your Order page for help.

Parcels sometimes sit without a scan while moving between transit hubs or clearing customs. If there's been no movement for seven days, email us with your order number and we'll follow it up with the carrier.

Check your letterbox, around the property, with neighbours and at your local collection point first. If it still can't be found, contact us within 14 days and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.

Send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace it at no cost or refund you in full — your choice.

Approved refunds are issued within 2 business days. Your bank or card provider may take a further 5–10 business days to show the funds.

Yes. Email us and we'll arrange it, charging or refunding any price difference.

Yes. Both covers zip off and are machine washable — wash cold and air dry. Spot clean the foam core only; don't submerge it in water.

Memory foam is compressed for shipping. Allow 24 hours for it to fully expand before judging the firmness.

Both products use high-density memory foam chosen to hold its shape through daily use. Washing covers regularly and letting the foam air out will keep them performing well.

Yes. Available destinations, shipping methods and rates are shown at checkout once you enter your address. If your country appears at checkout, we can ship to you.

International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT or local taxes depending on your country's thresholds. Where these are not collected at checkout, they are the recipient's responsibility. We declare all shipments accurately and cannot mark parcels as gifts.

The currency shown at checkout depends on your selected region. You can change region using the selector in the footer.
