Will it fit my chair?
The adjustable straps fasten around most office chairs, car seats and dining chairs. At 44cm tall it suits mid-to-high backrests best — if your chair back is quite short, a compact lumbar cushion may fit more neatly.
How is this different from a compact lumbar pillow?
Most lumbar cushions are small and sit only at the lower curve of your back. This one runs taller — 44cm — so it supports more of your back at once, from the lower curve up toward the mid-back.
Where exactly should it sit?
Position the lower section at the natural curve of your lower back, roughly level with your belt line, and let the taller upper section extend up your back from there.
Can I use it in the car?
Yes — it's a common use. The straps fasten around a car seat and hold it in position for long drives.
Will it work with the Seat Cushion?
Yes, and they're designed to be used together. The seat cushion supports you from below and this pillow supports your back — on a standard office chair that pairing makes the biggest difference to a long day.
It feels firm at first — is that normal?
Yes. Memory foam is compressed for shipping and needs around 24 hours to fully expand, then softens further to your shape over the first few days.
How do I clean it?
Wipe the cover with a damp cloth for everyday cleaning. Spot clean only — don't submerge the foam core in water, as saturated memory foam takes a very long time to dry properly.
Will it fix my posture or back pain?
It's designed for comfort and ergonomic support, not treatment. It can make sitting more comfortable, but it isn't a medical device and we won't claim it corrects anything. If you have a diagnosed condition or persistent pain, speak to a physiotherapist or doctor.
